Marlon The Baker Biographies

Marlon J. Moran Cuban/Dominican that was born in the Dominican Republic and lived in San Juan, PR for about 10 years but Made in America. When I was 16 years old, my mom decided to move to Connecticut US, so I can learn English and become more successful in culinary arts. During school and while obtaining experience in cooking, I traveled to several states to learn about the different cultures and eating habits that predominate in this country.

 I obtained a diversity of different cooking styles including, Caribbean, South America, Italian, French and North American. At the age of 11 years old I started to work in a family oriented bakery located in

San Juan, PR. It was then when I realized that I wanted to become a chef and a baker. 

My inspiration has always been my mother,  She has always been so passionate when it comes to food and I grew up with the believe of inspiring others by doing what I love the most, cooking.
